All earrings are wiped down with ear care antiseptics and carefully packaged in a mini ziplock bag. We pack our jewelry in bubbled envelope, unless you have bought more than 10 items. All our items are final sale. We do not do refunds or exchanges. If for any reason that you have received our earrings broken, please contact us immediately with photos of our jewelry and packaging. All we ask for is a photo of the package and broken, disfigured jewelry. This just shows proof that it was poorly handled by mail carriers or by us, forgetting to put fragile on it. We will automatically re-make and re-send you the items you paid for. We also pay for the shipping for broken items. Customer satisfaction! At least we think so. Handle all jewelry with care. Note: The ears on all bunnie charms are very fragile because they are extended. Its a good idea not to sleep with any dangle earrings because you might crush it. I wouldn't recommend showering with them because the metal might rust. The charms are waterproof though so hook them onto any kind of (waterproof) chain you'd like and shower, swim, or bathe with it. Otherwise, all our jewelry is pretty solid. They're sturdy, very hard, and highly glossed. Everything is made to last a long time. Please enjoy them, as we love to wear them ourselves! These are our Shipping Rates. We send everything through USPS + Free Tracking Number for Domestic Orders within the United States. Most of our stuff usually gets to its destination in 3-7 days within the United States. International orders might take a week up to a month. It depends on your country's mail service delivery. We are not liable for lost packages through the mail. Although if they are damaged, you may contact us and we may replace it. If you would like to insure your packaging, please order them separately. International orders do not have a tracking number but you can insure them for extra fees.
Privacy Policy All personal information such as Name, email address, and birthday are collected for our bonus pts programs, weekly ads + updates, and birthday freebies. We do not use your information for anything else! We don't spam our customers with mail. If at anytime you would like to unsubscribe to our mailing list, you can easily unsubscribe the same way you subscribed to our mailing list. If you would like to cancel your bonus card account, please email us @ yummiecharms@gmail.com in order to cancel. NO QUESTIONS ASK! Just send us an email titled Cancel BP ACCOUNT with a message containing your Name + EMail. Information collected by paypal and viewed by us is private. We will not reveal your private and personal information to a third party. Your information is safe with us. All information submitted is voluntary and optional. For those who are interested in our site can join our mailing list. For those who are frequent buyers and would like to join our bonus program, may choose to do so. We do not force anyone to join anything. We use PayPal. Therefore all transactions are dealt through paypal, which is secure for both us and our customers. We do not accept money orders or checks because of our own privacy. It is safer to deal with everything through paypal so that if anything goes wrong, we will always have transaction records to settle everything. We also have tracking numbers on packages for our own safety. USPS tracking will have a message informing us if our package(s) has been accepted. Answers to all your questions! Q: Where are you located? <- Updated 03/01/08 A: SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA! Q: What are your jewelry made of? <- Updated 11/09/07 A: A majority of our jewelry is made of light weight polymer clay. Our findings and components are silver plated. Not all our jewelry is silver plated, such as our Toggle bracelets, they're constructed of sterling silver wires and clasps. If you have sensitive ears and still want to order from us, let me know! I'll make sure the earring hooks are sterling silver just for you for a small fee of $1.00 per pair. Keep a look out on our blog to see any jewelry updates. Q: Do you sell your jewelry wholesale? <- Added 11/09/07 A: Please visit our WholeSales store for further details! The wholesales shop is new but we will continue to add our items as we update our website. All the prices will vary. Our products could be priced from 10% up to 50% off when purchased in packages of 8! Remember! If you would like to buy wholesales and it isn't on our wholesales page yet, please feel free to email me at yummiecharms@gmail.com. Q: How long does it take to make one pair of jewelry? <- Added 11/09/07 A: All our jewelry is handmade. It may range from 1 day to maybe 3 weeks for us to make an item. It really depends on how much business we are having and the quantity of a single person's order. We make them as they come therefore there may be a list. A great majority of our jewelry are made by one person and thats me! Our cupcakes and clovers are handmade by my dear sister, Helen. Keep in mind, they're handmade by one person, therefore it may be a while for you to receive your order. We do our best here to ship them out asap. We always give out freebies when we take longer than we should have! Q: Where do we add or view feedbacks? <- Updated 11/04/2008 A: Thats a great question! Here is our contact page!. Q: Do we still get birthday gifts? <- Added 11/09/07 A: Unfortunately, we canceled our free birthday charm giveaway simply because we are too busy to make them. Another factor would be because we have too much orders flying in, we can't handle everything. On the bright side, we are currently trying to churn up a few birthday cake slice charms for those who ordered around May 2007 - August 2007. You might receive a little gift in the mail from us depending on how many we have left. Q: I haven't received my order yet. Who do I talk to? <- Added 11/09/07 A: You may email me at any time about your order. I will help you to my fullest extent. Sorry, we're not liable for lost packages. We have tracking numbers for U.S. customers and packages with the wrong address will be shipped back to us. Most of the time, your package may be on its way to you, it probably just takes longer depending on where you live. Please email us using our contact form here. Most of the time we will answer it as soon as possible and other times, it may take longer because it may be filtered out as junk mail. ANd yes, we do check our spam mail. Q: How long does it take for shipping? <- Added 11/09/07 A: Now that we're a busy site, it may take 1-3 weeks for us to finish an order... Therefore you may have some time to adjust your orders such as color. I ship everything with USPS, therefore it might take from 3-7 days to reach you not including the time to create your products. Anything you order comes with free tracking unless you live out of the U.S. Shipping will vary. We are located within the United States of America, therefore International orders to Europe, Asia, Australia, etc. may take 1-2 weeks after that it depends on your Post Office to ship them out. Q: Your blog displayed some new items that are not in your shop, why? <- Added 11/09/07 A: As of right now, we're doing our best to put up all our new products with descriptions. The big reason why they are not up yet is because we're trying to take better photos of them. We are looking for models to strut our stuff so that we can display them in our pictures. If you simply can't wait for them to be set up in our shop, you can always email me and I'll put them up for sale ASAP. Q: How come my commissions are not being answered? <- Added 11/09/07 A: As of right now, we look at commissions we can actually make. Sorry if we don't reply to everyone's commissions! We're a small business with lots of orders, sometimes we can't answer everyones commissions or requests. If you are really serious about commissions but I am not replying back, please personally email me at yummiecharms@gmail.com. Your email will be read promptly and I will respond. Q: I am seller and would like to sell my items on YummieCharms.Com. How may I go about in doing so? <- Added 11/09/07 A: As of right now, I am only interested in products that are suitable for my site. I accept cute and sweet treats. If your item fits my site, I will look into it. I can only purchase wholesale from anyone who can fit my budget range. I have no intentions on ripping people off, but my pockets are not always full, therefore its hard to buy anything uber expensive. I also like to add that I am not a wholesaler therefore I could deny your offer. I only respond to items that I know will sell in my store. Include your name, your site (if you have one), and some examples of the things you want to put up for sale. I'll do my best and reply to everyone. Q: What happen to the bonus program? I have accumulated some bonus points but have not redeem them for freebies. Where can I redeem freebies? A: As of November 04, 2008 we are no longer doing the Bonus Rewards Program due to lack of time. However, those of you that have not redeem your freebies may do so by filling out one of our contact forms with the contact reason of redeeming freebies. I will inform you of how many points you have and you'll have a list of items to choose from. We have the right to cancel Yummie Charms bonus program whenever we please without question. I am sorry that not all of you were able to participate in our club. However, we are not including gifts with orders $75 or more. Q: There are items on your xanga that aren't in your store, can I still purchase them? A: Yes, but you would have to personally email me at yummiecharms@gmail.com if you want them immediately. I am still under going plenty of construction therefore I haven't gotten the chance to put all my items up for sale. Although if you want to purchase them, just email me, and i'll send you an invoice :D Q: Do you have frequent buyer discounts? A: No, not anymore but we do send out free gifts for those who order $75 or more at Yummie Charms. Q: Does all your items turn out the same? A: Most of the time, what you see is what you get. We might make it differently at times because we're not perfect and can't really replicate it to the exact specifications. Although, we do try to make it look at the original, if not even better or cuter ;D Q: Will There be any sales/reductions? <- Updated 11/04/08 A: Yes we have seasonal sales! To find out whats for sale, you must sign up for our mailing list at the top of our page. Q: How do you make them? Do you have any tutorials? A: I get this question a lot and sorry, no I don't have tutorials. As much as I'd like to share, I am running a business here. Maybe someday when I decide not to create a certain item anymore, then I will gladly make one. As for now, I have no tutorials and I will not give up my trade secrets. :p Q: Do you guys wear your own jewelry? A: Of course we do! How are we suppose to promote our stuff? :D We love our jewelry and its fun to wear. Its great to hear lots of nice comments from passerbys. Our jewelry is unique! People love to ask us where we get them! We simply smile and tell them, we made them ourselves! At the end, we do tell them where to get a hold of our goodies. We give out business cards!
